We engaged Michael Walshe, Architect, to design and supervise the complete refurbishment, re-configuration, redesign and extension of our new, downsized, family home in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Over 80 years old, the house had been largely untouched and was in need of an extensive transformation.

Michael's service was imaginative but practical, thorough yet cost aware, eco friendly but efficient and contemporary yet sympathetic with the setting of the area.

His service covered every aspect of the project from inception to completion including planning, structures and MEP and with particular and special attention paid to detailing and finishes.

The result is a really comfortable house to live in and we are very happy with the architectural result delivered by Michael.
